2/3 cup raw rolled o...Here is a good pre race fuel:<br />2/3 cup raw rolled oats (Quaker Oats)<br />1 teaspoon flaxseed<br />small handful Crasins<br />1 tablespoon pecan pieces<br />1/3 cup flavored yogurt<br />couple teaspoons of honey to taste<br />add just enough milk to cover the oats, and let rest in refrigerator overnight.
